Caleb Davis Bio
2010 promises to be an exciting year for 14 year old Caleb Davis as he makes his NASCAR Racing debut at Radford Va’s famous Motor Mile Speedway. Caleb has been racing go karts on the dirt short tracks of Va, N. Carolina, and Tennessee in the WKA (World Karting Association since he was 10 years old. Caleb will be entering NASCAR’s Whelan Racing Series in the competitive Limited Late Model Division at Motor Mile Speedway and possibly other short tracks under the Saturday Night Lights.
Caleb will be driving the Aqua Pros sponsored number 43 Chevy Impala. Aqua Pros is Central and Southwest Va.’s largest pool and hot tub dealer. They currently have locations in Bedford, Lynchburg, and Madison Heights where they offer a full line of swimming pools, Marquis Spas, BioGuard Pool and Spa Chemicals, and FINNLEO SAUNAS. Caleb’s father Bob, is owner and President of Aqua Pros. Bob has been Caleb’s crew chief for the last 2 years of Caleb’s go-kart racing.
Caleb will have a new crew chief and crew for 2010 as Bob will turn duties over to the capable crew at 110 Racing in Salem Va. 110 racing is operated by Doug Williams and Mike Looney and housed at Salem Preferred Partners Headquarters. Along with Mike and Doug are a host of talented, hard-working and selfless individuals that put out 110% on and off track. Mike and Doug are credited with wins and championships at Motor Mile and other local short tracks in Street Stock, Limited Late model and Late Model. Bob is pleased with the talent and potential of 110 Racing and their ability to guide Caleb in his premier NASCAR Season. According to Bob the guys at 110 Racing “Embody the old school ethics of that made NASCAR the greatest sport in the world.”
